    I realy feel bad for I cannot upgrade my my z10 in 10.2. . .coz the model of my z10 is STL-100-1. .pls help me. . . . .i feel very bad in the store why they give me this kind of model. I love blackberry very much..im a blackberry users for 8yrs. .

    Welcome to the Forums. Most users have been able to exchange the STL100-1 with their Carrier if the other models are supported.
