    I am going to make the switch back from my iphone 5 to a Q10 this Friday, now that Sprint is finally releasing it. BUT one major dilemma I am having by doing so is not being able to archive my calls (incoming and outgoing) along with sms like I did previously with Markspace's Missing Sync for BB. I am production coordinator and make a lot of calls everyday, and there are sometimes when its very important to go back a week, a month, or when to reference a date, time and number from a call or text. Ultimately I like to convert these logs into excel files and organize them very easily. This is possible with the next BB10 OS ?

    Hi Welcome to CrackBerry and back to BlackBerry!

    As far as I know, using Link will back up that information, and saves the backup files to your PC. I don't know how to access that though.
    Also I think there are back-ups available either on BB World or as a sideload. But maybe someone else can chime in and clarify...
