    They did a good job getting the 10.1 maintenance release out so I can't complain too much, especially after the complaints that they received for not pushing 10.1 to Z10 users for such a long time. I lucked out there and purchased a Q10 so I had it from the beginning.

    WHY does BlackBerry have to release upgrade to carrier and not directly to us? I don't understand why they can't release the upgrade thru BlackBerry World?

    Actually, BB hoped that carrier would approve only the radio firmware, and updates will be immediate on all networks apple-style...

    BlackBerry said 10.2 in US will rollout starting winter 2013.
    Knowing how blackberry is respecting deadlines, this means AFTER xmas, probably february 2014
