    You think BlackBerry should incorporate the status bar icons like there is in bb7 for email/txt/bbm etc?

    Well, I'm not having much of a hard time getting my notifications. I thought I would miss those icons, but I am really doing ok so far.

    So no... I don't see need for that right now. That's not saying there isn't room for improvement though...

    The icons aren't in a bar at the top. When you start to swipe your app up they pop out on the left.

    Having the option to show notifications in the bar is nice.

    In don't wanna leep swiping in the middle of a gaming session when I can just look at the bar and know whats coming in

    Yeah I was just gonna say most of the time you can't even see the notification bar in apps and what not.
