I tried restarting it and it still doesn't rotate. What do I do from here? I'm running Verizon 10.1.2039.

The home screen of the BlackBerry phones don't rotate. Only in the hub, and games, and multimedia folders does anything rotate, not the home screen

The home screen will not rotate on the display. There are also some applications that will not rotate. I found web sites, some programs, and email will rotate.

This problem just started happening to me too, nothing rotates. Tried restart, toggling the rotate Button. Any solutions?

When you say nothing rotates, can you give some specific apps? Also what OS version are you on?

I'm on 10.1.0.4181 at the moment on my Z10, and apps such as the hub or pictures don't rotate at all, they stay in portrait mode

I'm on 10.1.0.4181, and I've noticed a certain sluggishness to rotate - mostly the browser, truth be told.

Viewing pictures or using the camera seems to respond reasonably snappy to rotating, but the browser can often be a pain - I sometimes find myself rebooting the phone for this reason.

Can't see it being a sensor problem, because other apps seems to respond fine.

Try enabling lock, restart. Disable, restart

I tried that too, didn't work. Could it be a hardware issue?

Get BBVE (the BlackBerry diagnostic app) from app world, it tests the orientation sensors as part of the tests.

My issue with it seems to be the browser being reluctant - other things like the gallery and hub seem fine, so it's suggestive that browser related reluctance to rotate may be software at least.

I installed BBVE, and it shows that orientation sensor, light sensor and proximity sensor are all not supported on this phone..... there's definitely something wrong. I'll have to try an os reinstall and see if that fixes it
