Does anyone know if this is an option on the Z10 or if it is on 10.2?

I hate the fact that the only way I can get the time to show is by using bedside mode. The problem is that all notifications are off. This includes the ringer for the phone. With an elderly dad who does not live with me, I would like to be able to receive calls while in bedside mode if there is an emergency or he needs me.

Yes, it's an active option, and go to Clock, Settings, and set up "allow calls in beside mode", that's all!

Go in your clock setting, and in there you have an option that says allow phone calls during bedside mode

I don't know if you are still looking for that, but i found an app on the app store, GIANT CLOCK
When it's open, it obviously shows you the clock but the screen will not lock until you press the lock screen or exit the app, so you can use it and still receive your notification...
