    Hello All,

I a connecting my Z10 to my PC, but the computer doesn't really seem to detect it.

Mass storage works so I can see my 32gig SD card, but BlackBerry LInk and the main 16 gig drive won't work.

I think because of this, I can't use the Chrome sideloading programs.

Please and thanks to all who read and help with this.

You may have to download the drivers manually, normally, they should download and install through "Windows Update". Try this link:

thanks for the tip m4salman but it doesn't seem to be working. the only thing the pc is detecting is the mass storage drive (my SD card).

this is all getting quite annoying. i wonder if i should just do a factory reset on my computer or something.

ps. my computer still connects to BlackBerry Link via wifi, but I don't think that's sufficient to use the Chrome sideloading manager

Check and make sure none of your network connections are disabled. Specially the one that has "blackberry" in the description.

Connect your phone first then check.

You don't have mass storage mode enabled, do you?
Silly question but have to ask.

    Well good luck!
Mass storage mode is so you can use your sd card like a usb key; it has to be off to connect the phone to Link.
