    I somehow have two contacts lists and only one is correct. How do I delete all contacts so I can reinstall the correct ones from Outlook using the BB link.

    I don't think anyone understands the phones contacts and what is happening behind the scenes.

    It's seriously an issue that I hope gets addressed soon or a lot of people will be gone. From doubles and triples to auto linking wrong contacts and missing contacts. Its a mess.

    And I've checked, 10.2 does not fix the contacts debacle...
