i'm the IT guy for my company. both user are coming from other company. one has a 9700 and the other has a 9900, if i add them to my company bes server, would automatically remove their it policy and put ours on it?

or i need to do a complete wipe for them before adding their device to our bes server? thx in advance.

From my experience, you have to remove the policy from the original BES that it was activated on. You be able to open a ticket with BB, to assist with that. But I was never able to remove it even after a full wipe...
