It's been 3days and I still can't sign into Hotmail. Is anyone else having issues.

I'm left my to sync overnight and I still got the stopped syncing msg.

Now I'm trying it again and it's not showing anything synced yet....

Honestly if it says all systems are running smoothly in their website then it should be in our mobiles!

I have deleted my account and re installed 10.2.1047. But outlook.com keeps dropping the connection for me. Frustrating.

Yes, still not working, and the worst part is that the status site says Outlook is "running normally". According to their lengthy explanation they've fixed the problem but they definitely haven't.

Same here! Deleted, waited approx 5min then configured again. Sent a few test emails to my other 5 (yes 5!) accounts and all were received. Changed sync period from 30days to 'forever'. Then approx 90 or so minutes later the same error message: "Your account is no longer synchronised with your device. Check that your account settings are correct. If they are correct, contact your email service provider." I'm using - blu-m.hotmail.com. Anyone else using a different address? If so, please share....;-)

I am trying m.hotmail.com. Where did you get that other address from? I have deleted and re-added my Hotmail account several times. I set it to sync forever also, but I am only getting a few emails from the last 24 hours. Microsoft obviously still has some problems.


I honestly can't remember which one I used to initially set it up. I am still using a @hotmail.com address.

I'm using blu-m.hotmail.com for my Outlook.com account with no issues; perhaps it has something to do with the server your account is hosted on (you can tell which one you are on by logging into www.outlook.com and looking at the address - it'll say something to the effect of "bay139.mail.live.com", where bay139 is the server name.

That being said... things were pretty wacky yesterday for me with e-mail and calendar not syncing.

That address was "given" to me ;-). I.e.: during setup. 1: email address; 2: password then the options to select what you want to sync & advanced options. During the first 2 stages said steps are checked and verified. Once configuration is complete and I open up "Advanced - Settings" that is the address I see: "blue-m.hotmail.com".

Long story short, Outlook.Com for mobile devices are not working!!! Mobile WEB versions are...;-)

Well I just looked at my address on the web page outlook.com and I know it used to use blu- but now in the browser it's say bay-

Still not working for me on any of my mobile devices. It the same problem on my Z10, PlayBook and Eee Slate using Windows 8.1 Mail.

Tried deleting reading, no change. Changing in sync time gives erratic results.

Mine shows up as this server too. Do you just put it in as blu169.hotmail.com? The actual address in the web bar is blu169.mail.live.com.
