Have you experienced issues when connecting a headset or a pair of headphones to your DAC? I've just seen that none of these are working since I've loaded the 10.2 Gold OS preview. Could it be that some parts / drivers are missing from 10.2?

I've tried the following so far:

Loaded OS 10.2.0.1157 (developer preview): Jack events are not posted, headset not recognized
Loaded OS 10.2.0.1047 (leak - full OS): Jack events are not posted, headset not recognized
Loaded OS 10.1.0.4633 (leak - full OS): Headset identified, headphones identified, sound can be redirected, jack events posted

Had the same issue on the 10.2 fully working leak, went back to 10.1 and jack is working fine again.

I reckon the leak is based on drivers for the Z10, where impedance level for the audio jack is different from the Q10 or the DAC.

Weird I use leak 10.2.0.1047 and my dad works withbabheadset connected no problem.

I've just tried 10.2.0.1445 Dev Preview and 10.2.0.1443 full OS leas as well. Same problem.

It seems that our HW could have some different parts compared to other DACs or Q10s. Could you post your HW details? Here is mine.

Confirmed: headphone jack now works for audio out on my DevC.

@ghz . I'm not sure how to get my hardware info. Still need it now there's a fix?
