    happening to me too! getting a hub notification that my live mail account is not synchronizing to my device. not to mention, am seeing none of the current email from my live account. have tried sending email to/from the live account and from my z10 elsewhere. the account seems fine but email to/from my device seems to be going no where!

    to follow up, I, too, deleted and added the live account with no joy. then noted some "strange" activity in the hub where the email account would appear, then disappear. too, in the hub the default would go, unprompted, from text messages to the hub. in settings, accounts will not load. what up?

    thanks for the update but that does not explain the inability to look at my account settings. and, by the way, it's now 12:40 pdt with no new email. do you think the folks at Microsoft meant 11 Hawaii standard time?

    It would appear MS is having issues. There's an additional thread here (http://forums.crackberry.com/blackbe...0/#post9009037) about it. It looks like they are slowly getting it back to normal.

    Do you mean your account settings on your BB or the Outlook.com web site? I can get into mine at both. I notice with 10.2.0.1047 that I get a notification on my BB that the account can no longer synchronize after a period of time. In the account setting it states that if the settings are correct then to check with the provider. That is probably all that it can do since EAS, Pop or IMAP do not provide feedback about Outlook.com's status. The connection is either there or it's not.

    It's probably taking longer than expected to resolve. That status was last updated at 9:01. They probably have forgotten to update the notification at 11 and it is likely PDT (Redmond time). The status web page may reflect your local time zone though if you are connecting to it via your Microsoft account.

    Mine is doing the same thing and battery drained in two hours being stuck in a sync loop. Deleted account off phone and waiting for MS to fix problem. Once again it looks like BB10 accounts and contacts throws phone for a loop if everything doesn't go right with the accounts. Next I'll have to fix my contact list again when outlook is working(as all the links will be broken again). The joys of BB10 glitches.
