    Hi guys,

    I am adding my first phone to our newly insllaed BES, once i added the phone, everything seem fine on the phone i see work and personal (Balance) but i do not see anywhere the work email account, am i missing something , is there a policy ? But the pop account is there.

    You need to add the work email to the device. Did you make a activation password in BES? If so go on the device itself and go to the Setup Icon, then Accounts, click on Add Account, and then Advanced, then Work Account, and then input the settings from your BES. You can also add a EAS or Exchange Active Sync email here.

    I have done that, password, created work account, but i just dont see the work emails.

    Do i have create my account in activesync with BES ?

    Found my answer, after some digging, i have to create a email profile in BES first.
    Once i created the profile, i assotiated with the user, and Bang was able to finalise everything.
