    Hi all,
    I found an issue.
    Sometimes, in reality often, whatsapp doesn't notify new messages. Untill I open again app in the background, I can't see new messages.
    This is a big deal, because whatsapp becomes useless. Below, I've reported all my version

    Z10 OS rev. 10.1.0.4633
    Z10 software rev. 10.1.0.4181

    Whatsapp rev. ?2.10.9689.1

    Do you find a solution for that?!

    Have you checked that you have Whats App notifications 'on'? - Hub - hit the 3 dots - Settings - Hub Management.

    Exact same issue on a Q10 upgraded to the. 4181 . Didn't have an issue before but has one now.
    Tried re-install but same thing. Guess whatsapp needs to update.

    Dame issue here. Been missing out lots of messages due to no notification. Sent a message to whatsapp weeks ago and they never replied.

    This problem has existed as long as WhatsApp has been on BlackBerry 10. If your WhatsApp Window is open and active, notifications won't sound. After you've sent, close the Window. That worked for me.

    Really? I think the whatsapp party has noticed this problem. They said that it is caused by updating your OS through BlackBerry Link. They told me to reinstall the app, I did, then it worked. So sorry it didn't work for you mate.
