    4 hours or better is certainly not lying. Not saying YOU cant get more than 4 though. I would expect playing a HD video at full brightness and volume might run it down in 4-6 hours

    I hit 12 yesterday!!

    When I got to about 35 % I switched to 2g and lasted about 5 hours.

    Most days, I'll have my Z10 on at least 12-14 hours and only be down to 50-60%.

    Yeah Your wrong I stream music all day at work and can go almost all day before dead battery that 10 hours of work with an hour lunch normally around 60 percent at lunch. SO again your wrong!!!!!

    I achieve well over 8hrs with moderate business use!

    If you are experiencing battery issues, I would discharge battery till the phone shuts down and recharge the battery to 100%. Initially when I got my Q10 my battery life was poor. I would also suggest using the new BB10 charger over the previous generation chargers, as the previous gen do not provide the same current draw and this could impact the battery performance.

    By previous generation chargers, do you mean BBOS (legacy devices) or is there a new charger for BB10 that was released I'm not aware of?

    Exactly, they are not the same. By the way, try not using the PlayBook charger on any of your devices. It may ruin your hardware. It happened to me while using my old 9900.

    If you're not doing battery optimizations, running high amounts of battery draining apps and not updating your OS then yes you will get bad battery life. I'm glad you speak for everyone despite their battery guru graphs. I'm at 6 hours on 50%on my current one.
