My wife is getting this error message on her phone and it sometimes won't play YouTube videos or stream content etc. She can be on wifi or network she's received the error message on both, we've tried battery pulls, restarting the phone, turning the network on and off, I'm at a loss. And only her Z10 does it mine has never had this issue and I've had mine longer than she has. Please help if you know what this thing is!

"Media Error there was an error receiving audio data. The server may have stopped sending. Please try to restart the audio track or check your network connection."

I had this issue too! Try a hard reset by holding the volume keys until the BlackBerry Logo shows up.

If that doesn't do it, reloading the OS definitely would.

If you have to reload the OS....I recommend using that as a good excuse to try 10.2...

I sometimes have this issue too. Sometimes I have to switch off or on desktop browser mode in the settings menu (under developer tools).

That normally works for me.

Seems like a carrier problem, I used to get it on rogers. Call your carrier and have them refresh her network and maybe check the settings. That error message is so 2008, using a old sim card?

Thanks for all the suggestions guys, I will try some of these out the next time it happens.

I'm not sure if it's an old sim card because when I got my Z10 they had to give me a new one so I'm assuming they did the same with my wife's phone but I can't recall.
