I've been a BlackBerry user since the ea of trackwheels and I've used pretty much every device, including the Z10 and the Q10, but I've finally had to admit defeat and say that BlackBerry has fallen so far behind the competition that it isn't worth trying to keep a brave face on things any more. BlackBerry Link is possibly the worst piece of c**p I've ever tried to use to manage mobile devices, there aren't any answers to the accurate accusations that major firms have given up producing apps for the BB system and there are no good reasons to stick with BlackBerry rather than jump to Android or iOS.

If you want one tipping point, it's that I can't file sent e-mails in BB10. Why not? This is a platform that simply isn't fit for purpose, and the company doesn't have the cash, or the skills, necessary to keep up in the mobile arms race.

Good bye, and thanks for all the good times, but you've lost me.
