What can be the solution to this?

I'm fine with my BBM.
Might be an installation error.
Try a security wipe or reinstall the whole leak.

Loading the BBM with Channels bar onto the OS does fix the problem without reloading the entire operating system, though I recommend that you sign up to the Beta Zone and let the autoloader sideloaded it for you.

Nonetheless, here's the bar for you, it's not the latest one though so there's no nestled replies or anything.

I already told you in the other thread to load the new version, not to mention everyone else who told you and others, then you start an entirely new thread here?? Seriously, you have issues...

Okay so an easy Solution to this is to Install BBM Channels to your phone for whoever has having this issue

No problem, though I don't know what you mean by "black one" versus the "white one." Unless you're talking about the dark theme on the Q10 in which case I have no idea about as I have a Z10.

As far as I know, yes it works. Have no problem setting up and using BBM anymore.

In that case, it might just be something that changed with this OS, or maybe it's from the Beta BBM app. Either way, I would expect the issue to be rectified by BBRY themselves sooner or later.
