On the latest 10.2 leak using ATT. My z10 will start hotspot/tether but all of a sudden data exchange goes blank and it cuts out. I lose data and have to restart to get data. I noticed that it goes from "LTE" to "lte".

Posting on Crackberry from 30,000 ft. Now I know why they call it Crackberry.

    Please help. Come on experts.

I don't have this problem, but mine does something odd. I am using the mobile hotspot, and after 15 minutes it turns off saying there was no traffic passed, and there definitely is. Looks like the byte counter doesn't work.

Mine loses all data and drops connection.

What I have been able to figure out is that it drops the data as soon as it start to exchange data with my notebook. Can I replace the bar for tether and or hotspot?

I'm poking around with the new 10.2.0.1047 OS, and now I cannot sideload my T-Mobile WiFi Calling App, and I also do not have IMS listed on this device.

Is this targeted towards ATT/Verizon etc, where they do not have WiFi Calling?

Has anyone been able to get it to work?

BTW, I know there may be shreds of information throughout the main thread, but since this is such a big deal to a few people (at least me?) I felt like it could merit it's own discussion.

Getting what, exactly? That We-Wei said it's working fine, and for whatever reason, it's not working fine for me, and it's also not working fine for member docfreed, as shown in his post.

Right - even tried sideloading old TMO WiFi calling app - no joy. Are we sure that it wasn't left over from Kris's 810 - the video is a little confusing to me regarding how Kris loaded up 1047

I'm in the same boat. Been troubleshooting but no dice.

I'm trying a security wipe right now and reinstall right now.

Afterward I will try the 810 radio.

The weird part, is I installed it on a spare Z10 I have, and the IMS showed up under the connections

Yes, I also saw IMS under connections and it said "IMS Disconnected". In fact I saw it on my Z10 and my Q10 - no matter WiFi calling doesn't work on either!

I'm glad I'm not the only one who feels that way about SOME of the "elite" members.

Anyways back on topic. I was reading through the post and wu wei (I hope I spelled that correctly) was using 10.2.0.1047 when there was no proper radio for it, so I *THINK* he was using the .811 radio (which I can confirm 811 radio does have wifi calling). I did this myself and I have OS 10.2.0.1047 with radio 10.2.0.811 and have working wifi calling.

Oh and the tmobile app DOES work screenshots below.

    Hi

Previously we used an older version and it works, but now when you log in the older version required the issuance of the last update !
You have installed the latest version (4.0.2), But when I select an image ..Application closes

Is there a version works well?

Nice I will try the .810 radio and see how that goes since I'm having the same issue. Thanks for posting the screen shot and trying this out.

Thanks for the clarification, and a nice simple explanation of how to make it work. Reminds me of the good old days of members helping members here

Have you tried the debug method? It still seems to be helping running applications much better. I have been able to use Instagram with it!

Which T-Mobile WiFi calling app did you use and where did you get it if you don't mind? The only one that I saw was a bar for sideloading posted by Hatax some time ago and I never could get it to work on any 10.2 build?

    And I don't know if there's an 811 radio for a Q10 as the only 810 build I ever saw was for a Z10
