It is charging via standard charger. Extremely slow tho! It's the first time I downloaded leaked ok?!

Do I have to do wipe and restore?!

This is how I did: while connected to the wall charger, turn off your cellphone and leave it charging until it turns the led green. Then turn it back on and see if it went back up to at least 99%. Mine was charging quite strangely and this is what I did to fully charge my Z10. Good luck.

The notications stay on, even if the toggle is off.

You could always try a reload of the OS to see if it fixes the issues.
