    I have a o2 z10 and o2 doesn't have a 4G network but the Z10 is 4G regardless, except on Z10STL100-2/10.1.0.2354 there isn't a LTE/4G option under Network Mode.

    Why's that? Mines unlocked and im currently on a carrier with 4G coverage

    Regarding the network mode selection, it's customized according to carrier in use.

    Ah, I've seen that happen once. (The user switched sim cards from one carrier to the next and the 4G, 3G and 2G option disappeared!

    Um.. you can try doing a reboot. Holding the power button down, ignoring the restart countdown, BB logo, blank screen, red led, splash screen etc... keep holding it down till you get the blue startup screen.
