    Will we receive automatic updates to sideloaded android apps, or does the fact that they were sideloaded preclude automatic updates on the Playbook?
    Automatic updates, of course, would be much more convenient than having to go back and check for updates and then having to sideload them all over again.

    You won't get updates. You MIGHT get notices about updates, but the app can NOT update itself on a PB or BB10 device.
