I currently use the 9900 Bold. I purchased the Q10 and loved everything about it except for BBM (at the time, AT&T did not release version 10.2, so the background/theme on bbm was black, which I did not like).

In my opinion BBM10 is not as "clean" and "simplified" as classic BBM. I noticed that you have over 600 contacts. I have just under 100. I was NOT able to find a way to make groups for my contacts on Q10. This made me feel very unorganized and finding a contact in a "general" list is much more difficult than finding a contact who is under a particular group.

I ended up returning the Q10 solely because of the new BBM.

On my 9900 I have contacts grouped by which country they live in.

My question to you is, is there a way to make groups for your contacts? (Not to be confused with group chats).

Also, are there more options to the background/color scheme of bbm chats? I want to be able to use the Q10, but the new bbm really drove me insane to the point in which I didn't even use it.
