    With loading the leaked 810 release I attempted again to load up the latest Plex release. It works very smooth! The interface is very nice but so far i am having mixed results with video playback.

    A side note, I am a plex plus member and have bought this app several times over a few devices.

    Anyone else loaded it up? Direct play appears to work the best but can stutter.

    i dont use plex so i do have an answer but im sure someone has to be using it! I am surprised that playbook it worse than before the update as things mostly should get better.

    You should definitely report your findings to Plex (@plexapp on Twitter).

    I tweeted them making them aware that BlackBerry 10.2 supports Android 4.2.2 and they are interested in how it performs.

    Yeah I tweeted them around the time the Z10 came out telling them Plex worked fine on BB10 and they were completely dismissive to say the least.

    They actually asked questions this time and appeared generally interested. Basically right now they blame it not working because BlackBerry doesn't support Http live steaming correctly or something...i thought I saw this in the BlackBerry sdk?

    I was able to get one or two videos run without audio if direct streaming is enabled, and the expermental codec is disabled. It appears to lock up the server end as well.

    I agree Blaze, they should have took the BlackBerry market as a viable money making opportunity, not a great way to build a brand.

    It's unfortunate they product is good.

    Can someone link to the bar file ? I do have a PlexPass so the converted APK for PlexPass would be good too.

    It's a paid app, so I doubt you'll get any takers on your request for link. You'll need to obtain the APK through one of the methods available for paid apps. I have latest version running on 10.2.1.1055 and it is very nice.
