Well lets see it says ICS 2.4 when ICS is 4.0

So um you downloaded a malware Android launcher.

Security Wipe and Reload the OS.

In the future, don't use a launcher if you don't know what it is.

How do you still have that issue? There should be no issue if the phone is clean installed and no app installed

example.. fresh wipe.. then i will configure some account like BB-ID, email etc..
and then i will download some app @ BBWorld like skype, line, weCHat etc.. most of the time, skype (which downloaded @BBworld) would be open like those issue. - but not totally all apps. erything works like pre-installed app. and if i tried to installed some sideload apps, - same result as skype. this made me sick.

im curious about this. i have ios and android phone before and if i wipe/restore factory settings, everything will go back - but not this time on my z10.

by the way, really thank Kris.

as I've stated, you've installed malware on your phone, it may have written itself to a section that doesn't get touched by the security wipe/reinstall so your pretty much SOL.

This is a perfect example of why Android Sideloading isn't ment for the common user. It's ment for devs to test their apps they are porting into the BlackBerry World.

You still have the ics launcher installed.. judging by your screenshot anyway. Use the chrome extension to remove it.

You might also want to check the misc/android folder if your internal memory

Edit: also, now that I see the image (mobile ) let me reassure you that that's not a male are problem. ICS launcher 2.4 is the name of the launcher you intalled.
The reason that's popping up is it hasn't been units talked.
