    downloaded 10.1.0.4181 and z10 installed it then I accept restart but now it is not opening
    only there is blue blackberry logo and not progressing.
    power button is not working and I remove the battery and replaced but result is same always blue logo
    I dont have backup.

    If you search you will find your answer,

    Wait for the phone to reboot, stop pulling the battery, you can perma brick your phone >.>

    Like Kris just leave the phone alone, let it do its thing. Mine took about 30mins from downloading and installing the update to actually being able to use the phone.

    I had this same issue...Started at 9am this morning...by about 11am after "waiting" I had to go out, so I couldn't leave it plugged in...then when it was about 97% done (check this by touching and holding the blackberry logo) my battery finally died. So I had to charge and have been trying to reboot and pull the battery pull a few times. I get the phone up and running but it isn't working properly. The phone doesn't work, and I can't send/receive text messages. I can get emails and surf the web. I called Bell tech support and they told me to back it up and wipe it back to before I tried the stupid update. I f'ing hate this update. So, as I write this, I am backing up my pics, videos, etc.... will update if I have success.

    Last night, I was connected (via USB) to Blackberry link. I noticed the 10.1.0.4181 update that was available.

    Clicked on it, came back two hours later, update was done, according to my computer screen, but my Q10 was stuck on the boot screen (at 100%). Disconnected the device, nothing new for another 15-20 minutes. So I rebooted my Q10, same thing (Stuck on 100% boot screen). I plugged my Q10 and let it sit there for the night (approx. 8h)

    This morning, my Q10 was still stuck on 100%. Removed the battery (ok, maybe that wasn't smart), and booted back again, but this time, it when into the OS, but the Hub screen was black (nothing going on there). I checked the version of the OS, it was still at 10.1.0.273 (or something like that).

    I checked for updates, it showed that 10.1.0.4181 was available. I did the update (around 6:30 am today), it's been an hour, and it's still stuck on the 100%. I'm crossing my fingers. I really need this thing to work.

    Mine did the same thing with the 4181 update. I did mine over wifi and had the blue screen 100% for close to 2 hours. I was in the process of bringing it back to Koodo when it decided to spring back to life.... sort of.
    I played with it for a month. Got really ticked off.. had a meltdown on this forum, and tried got some advice to try updating through BlackBerry Link at night.
    It worked. Although I did lose some contacts.

    I'm hopeful that the gremlins are worked out of this system soon.
