Welcome to CrackBerry!

Can you tell us a bit more about what OS you have?
And how you are trying to change the pic?
You need to go into the actual BBM app not from the hub I think...

Thanks Its been 2 month now My BBM display picture doesn't change on other BBM i Already contact my carrier, follow instructions such as battery pull out,hard reboot,register blackberry on settings, turn of on data package, remove my dp for 15 minute, disconnect all app that linked to bbm,remove the sim card,using wifi,the timezone on bbm, it's all zero please help me iam running Z10 10.1.0.273 SLT 100-1

And i change my dp use all the method

Pick any picture from your storage, open options ( three dots) and select "set as".
From then on it will guide you.

Open BBM, pull down, tap picture, tap picture again, hit replace picture at the bottom. From there you select your picture...

Me too... can't change bbm dp.. + can't connect wifi...and can't turn on bluetooth .. stl 10.1.0.273...

To fix this problem you need to Wipe your phone, dont forget to backup your data with blackberry link.

100% Fix. On the bbm dp changing crashes the app.

upgrade to 10.2.0.478..... bbm dp change... but wifi..bluethoot..hotspot issues...but 10.2.0.478..nice... waiting official....
