Hey I just updated my phone it took 2 hours to turn on after showing the blackberry icon on screen when it finally turned on the icons are randomly moving around and my hub is just a black screen I am currently writing this with my iPhone this is very upsetting to me can anybody help me

Same here. It took a LOOOONG time. I upgraded using Blackberry Link on my Mac... now for the last 15 minutes it's been stuck at 100% bootup.


Telus Mobility, technically running .4181 but doesn't finish booting?

Same here. Waiting about a half hour before a battery pull but problem persists. Never boosts past 100% load screen. Will keep waiting and checking here for a solution.

I also had that same issue I removed the battery after waiting approximately 15 min 5 different times then the phone finally turned on then more problems started I just received a message on my phone saying the update was not installed properly and to do it again I am terrified to do that though

Update: Phone now turning on but having the same issue with a Black Hub and Icons moving all over the place. I'm going to try downloading and loading the latest leak to see if that improves anything.

Update: Another reboot returned things to normal. I had a message in the hub telling me the update had failed that I could try again. I'll think I'll wait till morning...

I did my update and it is now hung @ 100 % for the last little while like over 2 hours. anyone have any suggestions ???
