    What, with a business device. Can not read an RTF doc. This along with not being able to review notes in track changed word docs is a little disappointing.

    I can open RTFs and CSVs on other devices. Stop making excuses for yet more missing core functions.

    In using PlayCloud, you can use Google Drive service to convert the document to be able to read on your device.

    Agree, and I so wish I can, but alas I can't. Still does not diminish my business requirement to view documents on the run and actually be able to read them. I'm choosing out of my free will to stick it out with BlackBerry, but the obvious also has to be stated.
