Any resolution for this issue: unable to set up payment service after updating to official 10.1 on Verizon. Have seen a few others with this issue, but no answers

Try going to BlackBerry World, making a purchase and canceling it on the very last step.

Now check the payment options again.

Reboot. Go into the media player. Look for the three dots. Select it then choose BlackBerry World.

Go to purchase it but cancel. Now try buying something in BlackBerry World. Worked to restore mine.

Using a BlackBerry Z10 ** OS:10.1.0.4651

I had the same issue, "no payment services available." I did, however, go to BlackBerry World and purchase something. It allowed me to update my payment options and make the purchase too. Could this be a security thwart issue where Verizon decided to not allow access unless you were signed in to BlackBerry id?

Going to App World and beginning the purchase process does work to access the payment option..............but only until you cycle your phone off/on. On the next pwr up, I have the same problem as before. I can't seem to find a fix that will stay fixed.

Try to purchase a game called Tetrix, got an error message ld: 0.

Anyone in the same boat?

I couldn't add any payment options, either credit card or PayPal on VZW 10.1 Q10. I might want to revisit it. Purchasing through VZW worked just fine though...
