You need to turn it on. Open bbm then go to settings: allow bbm calls over network.

Turn that on and your good to go. At least I think I havnt installed this leak to test it

After installing 10.2.0.810 leak it stopped working. And cant activate it as it's grey.

I see a reply.. they said load the bbm channels beta and it should work, it worked for others

nope, it didn't work for me even though i've installed the BBM 10.2 beta with channels

Maybe because 10.2 is a leak, and your carrier doesn't know what your accessing it blocks it?

try to turn off wifi and toggle it on/off once you are on your network: worked for me on Rogers.

Finally got it working! Just remove ur sim turn the phone on use it through wifi go to BBM settings u will find voice video allowed through mobile network. Switch off ur phone. Insert sim card. Bingo. Even APN can be changed now.

Is the person you are trying to reach within wifi? The option is only available when BOTH parties are within their settings range.

Ex. If the settings within BBM are set for wifi use only, then the button will be gray until both are on wifi. If person 'A' has their voice/video setting with no restrictions and person 'B' is set to wifi only, then it will only be green when person 'B' is within wifi range.
