    Newbie here and am currently having issues signing in to bbm on a q10. Its says that the email not valid. There is no bbm account associated to the email address. I did try to login my blackberry id on the Web and was successful but on the q10 it's giving me the error.

    I have that problem too before,try to do sec wipe and try login again and it works for me

    Don't know 'bout you guys, but I just received the Q this morning. Took it home and installed .4687. Worked on it a bit at work, but I'm going back to att official. We'll see how it goes and (by the way) I always do a sec wipe.

    You go to security setting and choose sec wipe it will delete all ur data back to factory settings

    Ok, so I've gone through many operations, but still have a problem. I just bout the phone from a fellow CB user and I'm thinking that his PIN is still attached to his bb id. I'm not getting any bad email message. I just get "Temporary Server Error" and when I go back to my Z all is well.

    Ok, I got mine working. All I did was install the BBM w/ Channels, from Blackberry Beta Zone, and I saw one guy that swore on the idea that while you're in the setting up mode (during os install) don't sign into bbm. Wait until you're set up and then do your bbm sign up through settings.

    I have the same problems too. I mistakenly tried to sign in on my 9700 using same bbid as my Q10 and now it would not even load. its stuck at associating BBM with your Blackberry ID. I wiped the phone 3-4 times too and even reloaded new OS and still the same. I tried logging in with different BBID and its still same problem. Anyone has any ideas what esle can i do?

    Did you try going into settings and then into BlackBerry id and logging in vs going straight into bbm?
