Hi. I've been experiencing problems in using my browser for the past few days. The pages are not loading and if they do they do not load fully and the progress bar does not go all the way to the end and it gets stuck right before the end. Can anyone help me fixing my browser. I've already done restarts and hard resets a few time but to no avail. Plz help.

Clear your cache and reboot your phone (this way >>> hold the top buttom untill you see the BB loading bar. Ignore all prompts to reboot or turn off the device<<< ).

This should be enough to get it working again.

I also have had this problem, just today. It's either Verizon here in Colorado or the BlackBerry servers.

i'm encountering the same issue and i am running 10.2.1 on Verizon. Already performed the said troubleshooting but still the same error.
