I am hoping to upgrade to a Z10 from a 9360. I know that BlackBerry Link has replaced the BlackBerry Desktop software, but is the migration process the same as it was when switching between o/s 7 devices?

The data that I am most concerned about is that which I have stored in Password Keeper [so much more than just passwords!]. Will I be able to simply migrate the information from the version of Password Keeper on my 9360 to a Z10, or is it more complicated?

Using the device switch method on BlackBerry Link, should transfer over all your Password Keeper information. I say should because I have not tested it myself, but I have heard of it being done that way, along with official documentation.

Yes if you do a switch it will keep the info. I did this then I looked for password keeper on my z10 and it wasn't installed. I installed the app and it was as I left it on my 9900

So just install it from app world and you will be good to go

Please note you will need to download password keeper from BlackBerry World. Once that is done it will ask you on startup about migrating your information over (if transferred via link) and creating a new pass phrase.
