    We are updating all our Blackberry's to Z10's everything works fine except we cannot get emails via the Network only through Wi Fi. Our IT department says all the settings are correct and Vodafone say our data tarrif's are correct, we have an iphone which works fine on the system. The older phones work through our BES v5. Any suggestions would be great.

    Can you browse we sites when not using wifi?

    I had this issue at the weekend and it was due to the apn settings.

    If you need a guide to what sorted this for me let me know.

    Hi ukjk no I can't connect to the web if I turn off the WI FI, it says there is no network connection. Please advise on the APN settings.

    It's definitely a carrier issue. Call them again and explain that data is not working for your device/s

    I have finally sorted this with Vodafone it was the APN setting, it defaulted to pp.vodafone.co.uk with no user name or password. Vodafone said to put internet in the APN name and web in the name and password boxes, it now works fine on the internet and I receive emails with WI FI switched off

    Apologies for not getting back sooner with the solution but that was exactly same settings issue I had. Don't know why the apn settings changed as all had been working fine for months.
