    You have 2 options:
    1. if you want to revert to the official carrier os you just use blackberry link - reload device software option;
    2. if you want a specific os version you just install it over your current leaked os

    Why did you install a leak without knowing how to get back to stock? That was just silly

    Update it to the latest version then, might be a bit out of date.

    Those nonexistent versions can be tricky to uninstall.

    I am a little over the leak scene. I loaded 4543 and noticed the signal is not stable on 900Mhz as it was with the Optus carrier version 1720. It seems to keep changing towers or flicking between 2100Mhz and 900Mhz, it's all over the place.

    That said i followed instructions and tried the BB Link procedure, no good, it keeps saying "No new updated software availible". Next i purposly bricked my Z10 (ST100-2) by disconnecting during a write procedure, this worked, my phone was doing the "brick flash" and i tried again with BB Link, same thing.

    I am trying to find out why BB Link won't pull down 1720 from Optus, even when the phone is bricked!

    I have tried the BB Link method, the start auto loader and soft brick method even the internet method, everything I have searched for and found on these forums and never has successfully reverted back to stock it always errors out and says there was and error updating your software. STL100-4 running 10.1.0.4543. I sure am not a expert but I am doing what each instructions say for each method and no go. Don't know what else to do. Help please anyone.

    Run a auto loader that's a lower than your stock, more than likely anything below 1720 and than OTA to stock

    Check out the program sachesi, find verizon mcc and mnc, download the debrick files for the stock verizon OS, and than yse sachesi to make a autoloader of those two files.

    Download and run one of the autoloader leaks. Worked for me last nite. Downgraded from 10.2 to 10.1.0.4633.

    I cant even begin to figure this Sachesi thing out I guess I'm just a dummy but I have tried Link, the soft brick method and the way using the internet and this thing just will not go back to stock. It always errors out and says could not restore or update software. I guess I am just stuck with no way out. Thanks to everyone for your help.

    I tried the Sachesi software, chose debrick version, it found what i was looking for and i subsequently loaded it successfully however my screen become completely unresponsive, battery pull's did nothing and i have not been able to find a full autoloader leak 10.0.1720 (or earlier) that works on my STL100-2. It's frustrating!!
