Can someone help me out here?

I'm on AT&T and, until these two releases, vvm has been a breeze to setup. Normally, after setting up the os I just start the phone app, press the vvm button at the top. I get asked for my password, enter it, press star to end the call and the phone window shrinks, I get another window asking me to type in my password. I do this and now I end up with three tabs....All...Missed....VVM. And I'm good to go!

On these two releases, when trying to enter my password (after pressing the Voicemail button) the operator says sorry, wrong password. Now the vvm tab never shows up, for me to select to look at voicemails only.

I've checked around in the settings and have a voicemail number of +1916 835 1099 (without spaces). Maybe another AT&T user could check the number they're using to see if it matches? I just can't understand how it works on other releases and not these two???

Just in case: In order to get to your "phone settings" while in the phone app, drag down from the top and click settings, then voicemail.

    Thanks in advance!

I have been having the same problem setting it up as well. I found that if I get a vm and do not retrieve it that I will be prompt for my password. After I enter it they show up in the hub as well.

Same here. I just prefer to have that third tab. It separates them nicely? Got the same voicemail number?

Same problem here - I deleted the voicemail speed dial tile and created a new one by adding the number to contacts and saving it to speed dial (with appropriate"p" for pause and then password) And I just downloaded a voicemail icon for the image. Been this way for at least 3 leaks.

The number in my settings is +13173419010 although I never really use VVM.

Have you tried to set it up using the settings in the phone app?

Same problem. I called Rogers and after completely confusing VVM with BBM (!) and making me c heck my BBID settings, figured out what I was talking about and informed me that Rogers does not support VVM on OS10.

Hey. Do you know what your vvm setting had for your call-in number?

    Hopefully you're in Vancouver

So, I've moved up to 4651 and all is well with vvm...

Funny. I just moved to 4651 and it's not working for me, though it was before on 42xx. I'm on Rogers. The vvm tab is there, in hub vvm is there, but setup (change password) is not accepting my password as valid, and due to all of these great leaks I am very fastidius in keeping track of accounts and passwords.
I'll keep at it of course, vvm is such a time saver.

Q10SQN100-3/10.1.0.4285 is the latest one that I have seen Rogers Vvm working on. Anyone have any success on later versions?
