Is there any app (android or native) for the playbook to download any video from the internet?

By download do you mean capture? Or are you talking about torrents?

I mean download the videos on the internet to your playbook like tubemate can download youtube videos to your playbook.

I know it won't download "any" video but for YouTube videos Tubemate is excellent. It?s a side load, but you can download it directly from their website at tubemate.net

I found this android app that works on the playbook to download almost any file and video from any website:

Why? I admit I have only used the app to download a quick video so I have only used it for a little.

I did download a vid ok from YouTube, but I could already do that more quickly and easily with Tubemate. However, trying to download vids from Comedy Central dot com and PBS dot com proved unsuccessful- though I could download the commercial that prececeded the vid from PBS, just not the actual video I wanted. Those were the only two sites, other than YouTube, that I tried..
