I seem to be having a problem with accidentally disconnecting an incoming call by hitting the a volume button on my Z10 while I'm pulling it out of the holster. It's happened a couple of times now, but I can't tell what the buttons *should* do WRT incoming calls or how to disable it. Any help would be appreciated.

As far as I can tell, by touching the volume button when receiving an incoming call, it just shuts off the ring tone, the call is still there (in my case).
Have you tried the same thing when the Z10 is not in the holster (pressing the volume button when receiving an incoming call)?
Could this not be a screen presentation problem?.... That might only be present when pressing the volume button when removing the Z10 from the holster when you have an incoming call.
If it is that, then it's understandable that BB missed it. But I'd suggest a couple of tests first to make sure in case it's not as you thought.

    Si.

I should probably mention that I also have the z10 set to answer and disconnect when removing and inserting from/into the holster.

I'll try and do some testing with it and reply, in a bit.
