It's a full version. I think Micro$oft is hesitant to put a complete stamp of approval on it because it's an android port. While it runs as well as any android app can be expected to, it's not as good as a native app. But of course, Micro$oft is too busy trying to convince people Windows 8 isn't an abysmal failure to spend the time needed to make a native Skype app lol.

So, if you ask me, that's pretty much it. Maybe when 10.2 is out and hardware acceleration for android apps is working they may make the port their official solution.

Lol, I said Windows 8, not Windows 8 phone big difference.
Windows 8 Phone appears to be decent, I don't have enough experience with it to be sure. It's the PC OS that is having problems.
