Hi, I hope somebody here can help me.

My Curve 9320 is about 7 months old, and the phone turns itself off and reboots itself when it isn't connected to the charger.

It has only been doing this for the past 2 months, but it is a very annoying issue. I have bought a new battery for it but still does the same thing.

Not really sure what can be done, maybe try taking it back to the store?

Reload OS or perhaps update it. Are you running OS7 or 7.1?

I have tried that, and 7.1. Think the 9320 released with 7.1 anyway, but it is running the latest software. It's on eBay now anyway, going to get a 9900 again.

maybe the battery is bad

Thanks for your reply, well I left the phone off for about 8 hours (with the battery in) and turned it back on, and usually when I took a picture with the flash on it rebooted. But the camera was working fine. Also no rebooting randomly. I think it's fixed. I sold it yesterday to a friend and I am hoping to get a 9900 as soon as I can.
