    Hi guys,

    I live in UAE (normally its a good thing but not when speaking about phones). I just got my BB Q10 from etisalat.

    The phone is locked and it does not have BBM Voice and BBM Video. my question is as follows:

    1. Can i get the unlock code from somewhere...cheap! Etisalat wont give it...and some sites are charging over $40!!!

    2. Can i get BBM Voice and Video installed on my phone. I cant even see the icon on my BBM chat windows.
