There was a place in the settings of my 9900 to configure which alerts I would like to receive. I cannot locate this in my Q10. Anyone know? Thanks in advance.

If the AT&T Q10 has the same options as the T-Mobile USA Q10, then when in BlackBerry Hub tap the 3 dots in the lower right hand corner. This is referred to as the Menu.

Tap on Settings

Scroll down then tap on Emergency Alerts.

The only alert type that I cannot turn off is Presidential Alerts.

Thanks for the response! Alas, AT&T doesn't have Emergency Alerts listed in the Hub settings. All that are included are: Display and Actions, Hub Management, Text Messages, Cell Broadcast and Email Accounts. I suppose it will show up some day.

Very strange, indeed, especially since AT&T had that feature on my 9900.

Evidently AT&T didn't include the Emergency Alert feature with the Q10 like it did with the 9900. I appreciated the Amber and weather alerts although the alert could be somewhat startlingly...hahaha

I am with AT&T and in my Q10 I don't have any "Emergency Alerts" at the Hub Settings.
