OS10.1, can't access anything I put on media card. Says unexpected error (10). I've already formatted card twice. Beginning to get z10 weary. It's also my second device and second card. Also get bad results with BlackBerry LINK no matter which PC I use. Any ideas?

What OS version are you running? What is the capacity and brand of the SD?

Give us something to work with...

Have you had the opportunity to try the card in another device? Sounds like a problem with the card. I have a SanDisk 32 class 4. Formatted in the Z10 has work with no problems.

I would take it back and not leave until it is proven it works.

On both occasions, I could access my media at first, then a couple weeks later, no dice.

This is the best bet. If you take this route and take it back (if they will take it back) please post if the problem has been solved or still exists.

I just have to also say that many have had great results with Link but I am not one of them.

I recommend that you have your SD card in an adapter, plugged into you computer, drag and drop the files where they belong and have a good day.
This method has had the best results for me by far.

    Good luck!

No good. Now all my music refuses to load, says write protected. Funny. Files load onto all my other devices.

The adapter is set to prevent overwriting. The SD is fine. Flip the switch and try again.

Use the file manager. For future you can automatically save pics in media card through the options in the camera.

It is best to use a Class-10 SD card with the Z10 and Q10. This also goes for most of the higher end phones and photo cameras. I have used PNY, and Sandisk with Blackberry phones. I have not had any issues. I am sure Corsair should also work very well, but I have not tried this brand.
