Anybody else having keys "sticking" / repeating itself?

I have had my Q10 for barely 2 months and my "A" is already sticking. I have used several BlackBerry phones before, 9800, 9700, 9900 and none of those phone's keys stuck this fast!

    Terribly disappointed.

Thankfully Rogers has a device replacement program for business accounts, but I'd have to pay $35 for shipping back and forth.

Sounds like a warranty issue. I have not heard of this being a wide spread issue

I know a lot of dev alpha Cs have this problem but this is the first time I've heard of it in a Q10. That's distressing.

Hopefully it's a one off thing and doesn't become an epidemic as they age...

My Q10 has the same issue of double typing too. However I have sent it over to the BlackBerry official expert centre and since they had replaced my keyboard for me, it's all good.

Ya I'm thinking of sending it to rogers but tech support told me to try to do a factory reset first...

I have same problem with "t" key - just brushing the key types the letter, so I'm constantly correcting from "ttt".

Did you eventually fix? If so, how? Thanks.

I am having this same exact issue with my Q10, which I have had just under 2 months. It is also the "A" key. It started out as double typing and now it is just stuck and won't work at all, but it will unstick and insert an "A" at random points. It is so bad that I am back to using my old Curve for my phone phone and I am using my Q10 as sort of a tiny Playbook...as I can still do almost everything on it. I did figure out a few workarounds - the dictation option when writing text, I just speak it so there won't be any keyboard errors. Also, if you have the word prediction feature turned on you can correct a lot of the words caused by mistypes. I know I should send my Q back but I don't wanna just yet...this started just last week and I was waiting to see if it would resolve itself. We'll see
