Hey Lendo--what is the difference in the update that AT&T is supposed to have released today for the Q10 and the .4285 that was recommended to me by a friend on here? I'm currently using the .2025 version that came with my Q10. Thanks for your help as always!!

Can you put 10.2.0.93 on the Verizon Z10? Any detrimental downsides over 2354?

    I flashed (non-destructive) back to T-Mobile's official release (2006)

Why? Because I'm trying to find a version that doesn't have the IPCS-blocking bug (which is what I'm calling it) but also doesn't reboot/crash.

2354 has it; it occasionally goes into a mode where it draws 0.3 watt idle instead of under 0.1, irrespective of radio. I don't know (yet) if 2006 has it.

Anyway, I Sachibar'd back to 2006 non-destructively (just dragged the entire UPGRADE directory over) but had to do it TWICE -- the second without the OS or radio file -- and then REBOOT twice.

The first time I did it I had no SMS (again). The second time I had no Android apps (eek!); a reboot fixed that. And -- magically, the OS release went to 2006 instead of 10.0.10.85 which I had before (!), although I don't know WHY that happened.

So far I'm happy with this one; it seems smoother, battery consumption is normal, and stability is excellent.

Note that under 2354 I had ZERO stability problems -- I never had a reboot or crash -- period. And I use this phone HEAVILY. But the occasional battery drain problems were annoying, and it didn't matter what OS I was using or what radio I had linked to it.

Note that I've never had trouble Sachibar'ing radio or OS files around non-destructively -- I've yet to have the phone brick no matter how many times I do it. I know some people do, but I've simply never had the problem....

I'd try 2006, frankly -- although I have to admit the allure of 10.2 is there for me..... when there's something reasonably stable.

2006 is T-Mobile (US) official, so you can get it using Sachup (select STL100-3).

I've had issues with Facebook notifications and vvm notifications showing up in the hub with 2354. Anyone seeing this or know how to fix? Battery is so so with this version using 2355, 1917, 1881 radios. I haven't seen much difference. If someone can recommend one stable but with fb and vvm notification issues fixed and a radio with at least as good or better battery life, let me know. My carrier is AT&T.

VVM notifications are in the hub with 2006 and FB notifies work as well.

Battery appears to be the same; the idle bug where the phone starts pulling 0.3 watts is there in the 2xxx builds, and I've yet to find one where it isn't irrespective of the firmware or radio version I load.

Sometimes you can clear it by closing all active tiles and waiting a few minutes, sometimes you can't and have to reboot to clear it.
