    Any thoughts or help?

Wifi all of a sudden wouldn't connect while I was at hotel.

Came home and now it only shows limited connection to my wifi and continuously loses connection.

    :-(

Have you done a hard reset? Left volume and power button until it shuts off.

Ya... tried resetting a few times. I guess I should have made note that my z10 and laptop connect to the home wifi pretty solid.

I'd also reset/restart the router. Remove/delete that wifi setting and re-do it.

Did the pb get jostled or dropped?

    How old?

Only about a month old... I'll play around with the wifi setting and the router to see.

Been having this problem since I upgraded to the latest version of the OS and nothing has ever fixed the problem. I've security wiped, reset my router etc. Funny, but my PB has this issue with every router it meets everywhere in the world, including Europe and S America. Open networks, secured, WEP, WPA, WPIssedoff, doesn't matter, it drops and resets the connection every 1.5 to 3 mins. Good luck to you.

I seldom have trouble with dropping the wifi even when the signal is recorded as being less than -80 dB. May help in analyzing problem if you look at wifi info and logs avaible under the gear.

I have McAfee installed on my PC and from that I can monitor my wifi network to see what devices are using it. I notice that the PB and my BB 9810 don't continously hold a connection to the network whilst they are idle. They drop the connection then a short while later reconnect. However when they are in use they have a constant connection and I don't experience any dropouts.

I did have an issue recently where my PB wasn't connected to my wifi and the reason given was that it was unable to obtain an IP address. I sorted that by going into wifi settings and selected my network and hit save and connect.
