My buddies Z10 goes half screen every once and a while. He can't do anything except swipe from page to page. He has to hold down the top button to reset it to get it going again.

Has anyone else had/have this issue, if so what is the fix?

No new apps since it started.

I tried searching for answer with no luck.

Odd big, happens - a restart fixes it.
If this occurs regularly I would suggest going through the full wipe and OS reload motions and see if the issue persists.

Now you must think... why you choose the blackberry....its happening on all BBZ10 devices ..

People are crying ... blackberry just thinking how to solve these issues... may need few months.
