I just got my Q10 last week after I had a Z10 for a few months. Tho I sadly lost it. But once I got my Q10 it worked great for a few days but then all of sudden would "reset" I guess would be the word to call it. All my apps would be arranged in a new way I would be signed out of all my apps, logged out of whatsapp and even my scores on angry bird would be reset.

Has anybody else had this problem? I feel like I got a bad apple of the batch. It's reall yfrustrating tho as I am out of town and won't be bale to take it in to the store anytime soon.

Also my browser completely does not work at all. When it's opened I can't go to settings none of the tabs work, there is no home screen and you can't type anything into the address bar. This has been for about a week now with no resolve.

Try a factory reset see if that fixes the issue.

Seems like a reset is your only option. Bringing it to a carrier will only lengthen the time it takes to repair the phone.

Every device has issues. Look in other forums lol. My iPhone 4S dies at 7%. Plug it in to the charger wakes up at 20% 2 minutes later. My droid Incredible couldn't hold a charge for more than 3 hours.

Ahh I did the factory reset. Seems to have fixed my problems for now
