    Base in Belgium did not release it as well but I managed to get it by doing the next

    1. Get out the sim card
    2. Security wipe your phone
    3. Reboot your phone without simcard
    4. When setting up my phone, I got the update over WiFi

    Important sidenote, I did not have an unofficial version loaded on my phone when doing these actions.
    I do not guarentee this will work on your phone but you could try by backing up and restoring if it fails...

    No US 10.1? Does anyone else think that's at all suspicious? Indo*******nesia before the USA? Apple is American isn't it? Who stands to gain from disgruntled BlackBerry users in the country with the densest smartphone usage in the world? What is the nature of the hold up? US carriers can't be carrying out tests as they've already been done before by at least 500 carriers worldwide.

    Not that I'm aware of. I believe there is a workaround for TMO, but not official. I could be mistaken, though.
